At Print321, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our printing services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part, we will do our best to make it right.

Custom Products Policy

Because all of our products are custom-printed to your specifications, all sales are final. However, we will issue a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds or Reprints

You may request a refund or reprint if:

  • The product has printing errors or defects caused by Print321.
  • The product arrives damaged due to improper packaging or handling.
  • The item delivered is significantly different from the approved proof or order details.

How to Request a Refund or Reprint?

To request a refund or reprint, please contact us at orders@print321.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request within 2–3 business days and offer a resolution accordingly.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Customer errors (e.g., typos, low-resolution uploads, incorrect color selection)
  • Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences
  • Orders that are delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Policy

Print321 ships across the United States using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely and safe delivery of your custom prints.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard production time: 2–5 business days
  • Rush printing options available at checkout (fees apply)

Please note that production begins only after proof approval (if applicable) and full payment.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping timelines are in addition to production time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, weight, and service type selected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time using the carrier’s website.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Print321 is not responsible for the lost item. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.
